I am cooking beer can chicken tonight for a fund raiser lunch tomorrow. What is the best way to reheat for lunch tomorrow? I plan to keep whole and slice up tomorrow.
I reheat my BBQ two ways mainly. If using a Food Saver, I heat the bag in boiling water. In your case I would just nuke it on a lower power level. The smoke flavour is right there. I do that alot with left over ribs and chicken thighs. Works great just don't use high heat. Power level 5-7 depending on the power of your unit.
