So my brother and I decided that we would cook surf and turf for the family xmas dinner so I told him that it needed to be done a charcoal grill. Since he didnt have a charcoal grill I told him I would bring mine ..hey its red!
Grill heating up :
Loaded up the ribeye steaks:

Sorry no plated photos...by the time I was ready to take a picture everyone started to
load there plates up!
However, after we were done cooking the meal my brother said "yeah know LP is nice but I think I might
have to go back to charcoal"...CONVERTED! (I have to give him credit he does have a high end Weber gasser!)
