Smoked chicken legs with Apple wood


Beans on the bottom deck



Corn bread on the top rack for about an hour





2 racks at louis ribs with SYD rub . No foil . 260-280 about 3.5 hrs. No sauce



4 lb pork butt, SYD rub... 260-280... Took over 8 hours



Some beverages




Back to back snow days off if school project



3 lb London broils... Left in brisket wet rub and other mccormicks mesquite ... Medium to medium rare

 




Hiding in back of beer fridge

Kurt, that is some delicious looking food. You look like you're creating a menu for a restaraunt....I'll take london broil with sides of mushrooms and asparagus. Please keep the Winter Lager coming. Thanks! :-)
