I’ve not been able to find a choice brisket for less that nearly $4/lb. That seems rather pricey. Anyone know of a more reasonable price (north suburbs)? I did pick up some dino ribs (choice back beef ribs) for $2.49/lb. Can’t wait to give them a try.
