Beautiful day here in Long Island, NY. Just going to keep it simple. 8 lb bone in skin on breast and 4 Turkey Legs. Rub 'em and smoke 'em in the WSM over apple/cherry at 350. Expect it will take about two hours for the breast! Nice and Easy!!!! Enjoy the day everyone
