Okaayyyy
I"mmmm Newwwwww!
Sorry for all the posts but I just Wanna Know.
I shut down my WSM after cooking, sift out the larger chunks and thro them on top of the next batch. Is this a bad thing?
I usually place them on top of the coals out of the chimney and add new bricks on top/beside them. It seems to work fine. Never had a bad smoke other than the 1st one.
Am I a bad boy, or could I get better Q if I changed my ways?

Howdy...

Well, Bob, its a very bad thing to use the leftover charcoal. At least bad for Kingsford or your local dealer, cause you dont have to buy that much of it... /infopop/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif
Imho as long as it doesnt get very wet the charcoal is good.

I'm with you guys I reuse the coals. as a matter of fact I think I'm doing good temp management if there are some coals left over.
