Re-heating carved smoked Turkey

I have a big cook coming up. 20-25 hungry guests who all love my smoked Turkey.

I have 3 twelve pound birds that I'll need to smoke and with only 1 WSM 18in available I'm going to have to cook some ahead of the big day.

We do own a food saver. I was thinking of vacuum sealing and reheating with hot water in the food saver bags...

Anyone have any other suggestions on how to reheat the carved turkey without loosing all the moisture?
