Rapid power on/off

Greetings,

Still working out the final links in my first build. I finished my dampner. After hooking it up, things seemed to be working, but then I got a series of what appeared to be power on/power offs.

I never saw this when testing without the dampner. I was thinking maybe my power adapter? I picked up one from Amazon, it's a zjchao 1210, 12v 1 amp.

Bad power supply, or should I look for a problem on the board?
 
If you are using a stock blower, the 1 amp is plenty with a servo. But it's better to atleast have a 1.5 amp.

I have used my 28cfm blower with an old linksys router power supply without any problems and it's a 1amp.
