The missus and I are trying to eat better now that we are pushing 50. We picked up a pork tenderloin the other day. I put half in the freezer,and was gonna do the other tonight. I love the smoky taste that comes from charcoal,but they were predicting massive thunderstorms for dinner time,and what do you know? It started right after I fired up the gasser! Luckily,it's RIGHT outside my back door,so I didn't get terribly drowned flipping that sucker!
Sorry I didn't get any pics,but I've been getting real slack about that recently! Cooked a rack of baby backs last weekend,and did some paella saturday. Must be this sinus infection I've been fighting for the last 2 weeks. Yeah,that's it!
