Made a small rack tonight for me and da boss. Marinade (a little orange zest, a little cumin, some garlic and thyme, S&P, plus some EVOO). Made a paste and let it sit in there a while. Cranked the MM to 390. Delish but should have brought it more like 425 or more. Didn't cook fast enough. Otherwise was great.
