quick pork chop dinner

got off work at 5pm... Came home and seasoned these two Cook Pigs Pork Chops.

One with Special Sh1t and the other with seasoned salt.

On the grill, a couple of slices of fat I cut off the chops seasoned and cooking indirect. Think chicharones.

No pictures but I let the chicharones cook until they were nice and crispy. Very tasty, wouldn't eat to many of them though!
