Quick Monday night cook

Decided to slice up a ring of bologna and put some brats on the Smokey Joe for tonight.

Quartered up the bologna ring and getting happy over some lump for a little sampler.

Threw some brats on the SJ using two fire bricks to hold the coals back to one side.

Gettin' goin'.

An angle shot.

Getting close to go in for a beer, butter, onion and pepper bath.

And, in to the hot tub to stay plump and hot til time to eat.

Sorry, no plated pics as we ate out of the hot tub!
