Quick Dinner in Ohio

After shoveling the drive, I pulled out the old gasser.
Chopped up some onions, peppers, and garlic for the CIS.
Tossed on some Turkey Sausage
And when it was almost all done I put on some pineapple.
It was a bit chili (21`), but nothing that the old gasser couldn't cope with.

No pictures of the plate. It didn't last long enough.

Thanks for the kind words guys. This was the first time I did Turkey Sausage, but not the last.
The aluminum foil is being used as a wind break plugging the hole for the rotisserie. The old gasser has a huge opening on both sides for the rotisserie, and with the 9 degree wind it made it tough to get the temp as high as I wanted.

Well at 21 degrees I would grill a steak at best. Nice cook.
