Quick Cook Pork Butts??

Well...the alarm clock didn't go off this morning and my butts didn't hit the WSM until 8am. I want to serve this stuff at 7pm. At 2pm they were at 160, wsm is at 250. I'm trying to ramp up the temp to 350 to get these things done. Am I on the right track?

Open all vents. If you have water in the pan add lit fuel as it will be harder to hit high temps with water. Foil the butt if shooting for temps in the mid-300s.
