Need a little help. Did 3 BCC's and they got done sooner than I had planned. I took off the bullet and have in a roasting pan with foil over top. My concer is they will continue cooking and dry out. Is it better to go ahead and cut up the re-warm later or leave whole until the crowd arrives and cut and serve?
