Queso Blanco from Costco

I have been looking for this cheese for awhile now here in Amish town, and finally found it at Costco. Anybody familure with the Queseria Carbie Brand? I'm sure it's not the best but what's an Amish Town guy to do?

I want to use this cheese in place of cream cheese for ABT's since I don't do cream cheese.

Don't know about that brand but Queso Blanco is what I use in ABT's also.

Cream cheese I like just didn't seem right on ABTS. Although when I was growing up my mom would take a block of cream cheese, pierce it significantly with a fork and pour A-1 over it then smear it on crackers......
