I just bought a WSM a couple weeks ago and I love it. The spare ribs I cooked in it were wonderful. My question is for Jim. I live about 20 miles north of Portland, Or. and Jim mentioned something about B.B.Q. in So. Hill Mall on July 14th. We are always going up to Sumner so I was wondering what is going on in Puyallup, WA. at the Mall because we would love to come up there. Thanks

I'm running a one day competition at the
South Hill Mall on the 14th. If you were to be there from nine am on you can see a good group of cooks doing there thing. Once the turn-ins start you can sample a lot of good Q.
