Pork Butt turned out really Tender

Looks great. I am trying one right now, but finishing in the Instant Pot. I will smoke for about 4 hours to get some taste, then put it in the Instant pot for about 75 minutes to finish up. I do this with corned beef and it works out well. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Lew, I’d imagine the pulled pork is heavenly however, I’m not going down the the road to question how tender your butt is!
