any help on doing pulled pork?? I have never done this one before I will be feeding about 18 people for my Daytona 500 party. Any help with instructions would be great thanks in advance!!!
The Mr. Brown is great. I did 5 butts this weekend and used Mr. Brown on 3. Used Fatz's Pig Powder on the other 2. All came out great. What else are you serving with the butts?
The best advice I would give is practice. I think the Nascar guys do and if I were you and had to feed 18, I know I would do a cook or two before the big day.

When serving pulled pork for many guests, along with dinner rolls, I like to put out corn & flour tortillas, chopped onion, cilantro, garlic salt and minced tomatoe. Guests make their own tacos or burritos and seem to really enjoy it.
