I love the height of that sandwich, that is what a pulled pork sandwich is supposed to look like! I know I am about to speak dangerous words here, but I always enjoy pulled pork better leftover then I do the day it was first smoked and pulled. I don't exactly know why this is, but I think it every time. I really think I am going do smoke a shoulder next weekend to have for lunches all next week.
