Pulled pork BBQ sandwiches

Dear Board,

I went grocery shopping today and the local market had a good price on a boneless pork sirloin so I figured I would try my hand at pork BBQ sandwiches. I seasoned the roast with a dry rub that my girlfriend's son-in-law's Mother makes and sells and did it up on the OTG over hickory smoke. I made homemade macaroni salad to go along with the pork sandwiches. I'd like to get a smoker someday so I could do things a little longer and a little more slowly but I was pleased with how everything turned out and so was the GF.

Dear Rolf,

The rub is great and I use it on pretty much every kind of meat that I cook whether I cook it outside or inside in the oven. Hopefully when Theresa's daughter and her family come for Thanksgiving they'll bring us a couple more containers of it and I'll save you some.
