Pulled. Chicken Sammie's with a great sauce

Made https://www.virtualweberbullet.com/pulled-chicken-sandwiches/ Last night with an Eastern Carolina Sauce.
They were "Special Good".

2 cups Cider vinegar
1 Tbsp Crushed Red Pepper
1 Tbsp Texas Pete hot sauce (I had Crystal, so I used that)
One teaspoon of ground black pepper
One teaspoon of kosher salt

Again, this was very very good!

That recipe looks awesome, I'm definitely going to try it this weekend. I was planning on cooking a spatchcocked bird tomorrow and just may pull it instead of crisping the skin. Did you cook it whole or spatchcock it?
