Yesterday I made pulled chicken form 20 pounds of chicken leg quarters. I kept 4 quarters out to finish on the grill. After pulling the remaining [skin removed and thrown away] the yield was only 4 pohad unds of finished product. What do you think. Was told I only had app. 15.00 including charcoal, and I couldn't buy it for that and it taste as good.
