Hey Everyone, I'm a brand new person in here! I bought a used 18.5 WSM with an extra base if i wanted to stack for 120 from someone on this forum (wherever you are) pretty good deal i think! its the older model so i had to get a temperature gauge and things but this week sometime I'll attempt my first smoked meat! I'm thinking pork butt, but we'll see. Anyways i've been reading on this forum for probably 3 months now, and i finally pulled the trigger coming across a good deal. I hope to learn even more with hands on experience and hopefully become one of the vets!
