New WSM Cart for off patio use

Hi All
Just started this and wanted to share
It rolls around the garage on 4 wheels but tilts back for cross lawn trips
To cold for me to get out for paint and better pics
I would really appreciate suggestions for useful improvements

I think it was a hand truck that he mounted a wooden platform to. I only got a glimse.

Thats what I saw. It was with a wheel at the front also so it could be wheeled flat or tilted for hauling farther. Had a box attached to the back part of it as well.
