I've only been visiting this board for about 6 months and it has transformed my BBQ-ing. From occasionally excellent to consistently excellent. Here are some things I've pulled from this board:

- Proper thermometer action for the WSM.
- BRITU, BRITU, BRITU
- Keri C.'s Apple Brined Turkey
- Insulation Blanket wind barrier
- Minion Method
- And finally today a delicious brisket.

Those are only the major points of info that I've gathered from this site. Thanks all for sharing your knowledge and your dedication to this fattening hobby

I would like to also add if hadn't found this forum. I would have probobly bought one of those offset smokers and only use it 4 times over the last 6 months. I used my wsm more than that in the first month.
