Propane to NG,

Swapping manifolds is the simplest and surest way to do it. Simply changing orifices is hit and miss and can result is a serious fir hazard.

Those grills are very prone to rusting out inside the cabinet. Keep an eye out for a curb alert (Free) one or inexpensive on the sale sites. Then grab the manifold and swap it in. Otherwise, you can probably get one from Weber but I think they are about $130.

I have a s310 and am looking to convert to NG. Is there a kit that has all needed?

Thx
Do a search on the forums. You will see LOTS of info. FWIW, the 2 inputs you've had here gave you the absolute best advice. Basically leave it alone or get a manifold for the fuel you want. Weber grills are complicated to convert there is no magic "kit" you can buy to do it. Anyone who sells you one or tells you there is are lying through their teeth or just grabbing your $$$
