Problem with HM v.4


 
To be sure I reflashed it but that was not the problem. It was the wire:) I took a new one and there was 'no pit probe'. Then I plugged in the probes but there was no reaction. I have the et-732. Is it possible with this probes? Because they don't go all the way in? I have to say I had not much time to tray but i will try it again tomorrow. For now thank you for your help and time and sorry for that problem with the wire. That was stupid.
 
Sometimes it is the easy things that get us, huh?

You have to change the constants to get it to work with the ET-732 probes. There's no way to do it from the physical button, on account of there being way too many numbers to enter. Hook up an FTDI cable and send this command through a serial terminal:

/set?pc0=5.36924e-4,1.91396e-4,6.60399e-8
That changes the Pit probe to use the ET-732 coefficients. Change pc0 to pc1, pc2, pc3 for Food1, Food2, Food3.
