wrap in foil and bath towels and stick it in that cooler. Thats about all you can do. I don't believe it will continue to cook however, other than the expected temp rise during resting. You will just be keeping it warm until dinner time. It will be just fine and delicious. Don't worry about it and enjoy your day.
