Both from recipes I learned here. After homemade biscuits last night I keep working with flour and make up some pizza dough for tonight. My wife then ask for pretzels and Pepsi for when she got home from work since she was the only one without the day off today so I pulled out the flour stash again (I can't remember the last soda I drank before today)
Here are some rolled out and waiting to go into the water/baking soda bath.
The kids were eating them so fast I couldn't even get a good photo.
That last line wasn't completely true...
I few hours after pretzels it was pizza time.
First was a plain Jane.
With perfect crust.
The pie I drove into.
A beautiful mess!!!
And the last pie.
And my last piece.
Carb coma...
