President's Day Comfort Food

We are going to have some brats, kielbasa and some mixed up moink balls to celebrate not having to work today..Thank you Mr. President's!

The ingredients for today's cook.

The ones with the 2 toothpicks have jalapeno and cheese. 1 toothpick has pineapple and cheese. I ran out of bacon for the last one with pineapple and cheese. This is a lot of moink balls, but they freeze well and we will either reheat as is or eat the bacon and use the balls in spaghetti, etc. Or just eat them as snacks.

Plated. Nothing like an easy comfort meal on the day before you have to go back to work. Definitely have enough food from my weekend cooks for lunch this week and possibly reruns for dinner.
