Pre grill and post grill activities

I just got a new Spirit 2 e-210, looking for advice on pre grill and post grill activities to keep grill clean? Will definitely use a grill brush , am I missing anything else?

Mainly grilling steaks and burgers, but are the grill cleaners worth the money?

What do you mean by grill cleaners? Honestly brush the grates and keep excess grease from accumulating in the bottom.

What Larry said! Don’t over think it, as for grill prep I find a cocktail or a beer is just as good before as it is after as far as activities go!

Every now and then pull up the grates and check for large chunks stuck on the flavor bars and brush those chunks off. That'll help with flare ups.

Other than that my pre and post grilling activites are beer and beer.
