Potjie - African cast iron pot

Hello All-

I've been doing some searching for a good buy on a Potjie - basically a cast iron kettle - the ones I have seen like I want are called Potjie's. I'm looking for something in the 40 quart range for my Brunswick stews. I have found a couple up near the $200 range. Didn't know if anyone on here had a good, cheap source for something like this - or if this is one of those cases where I will truly get what I pay for and I won't be happy with a cheap version.

Potjie are cast iron and care and handling is the same as other cast iron pans. I believe there was some discussion on these kettles in the past, may want to do a search here on this site.

Great googa mooga, 40 quarts! That's pretty big, so it's hard to imagine it costing much less than the price you saw. (Best I found was a 38 Q for 180).
