Posting thank you to all the answers here - helped me fix E-210

I was at a vacation house with a two year old Spirit E-210 with low flame. Cleaned the burner tubes - cleaned and lubricated valves - tried resetting regulator. Then I perused posts here and saw that two year old regulators can go bad so I bought a new regulator which solved the issue.

Now that I've fixed a Spirit E-210 for some reason I'm not as critical of it. It grilled much better (even - seared well) than the Char-Broil unit the owner bought because of the Spirit's low flame issue.
