Picked up a porterhouse just shy of 2lbs, along with some asparagus.

Giving her the ol' salt method while she comes up to room temp.

One of the best steaks I've had since I can remember; maybe I'm being overzealous since it's the first steak I've cooked in nearly two years.

Sorry I don't have more pictures of the process, but hard to juggle the cooking and drinks while catching the Winston. Enjoy!

Jim - Hahahah! I was parked in Chicago for a couple years and couldn't take my grills with me. Needless to say the whole -grilling +biking thing gave me some room in the belt.
