Tried grilling PS fore the first time. I followed the directions I found here. My family loved them. Made a point no to cook them to death.

Were they thin steaks that you grilled direct or thicker ones that you did indirect or a combination of the 2?
 
They were not thin but prob not an inch either. I cooked them direct for three minutes each side, then to indirect for 6 to 8 minutes. As soon as the meat started to pull away from the bone, I took them off and let them rest.
