Pork Shoulder w/pics

Hello,
I bought a couple pork shoulders that were on sale. Did overnight cook. Meat on 9:00pm, they were pretty much done around 8:00am or so. I wrapped them both in foil, after spraying them with some apple juice. Rested for 2 hrs. An early lunch indeed. We placed the rest of the meat in plastic bags for later eating. Moist meat, and the bark was killer. Here are the pictures.

Michael, man those pics are looking good. Early lunch. I'm not sure I get the overnight cook plan, seems if I get up early & eat a little late that I can smoke whatever I want in 12-14 hours. Maybe some of you veterans can fill me in on the benifiets of the over night smoke.
Thanks in advance....Chris

Michael, you must have stocked up on the Ranchers, cause there sure isn't any around. I am down to my last 18 bags... DAMN...

Yup, I'm down to 23 bags of Rancher. I am so glad I bought a lot of bags last year. I'm savoring the Rancher's for special smoking sessions. Grilling on the Kettle gets Kingsford. I sure wish Home Depot, or somebody else, would start carring Ranchers again.
