Pork shoulder help.

So I was anxiously waiting for my WSM to arrive Saturday. No dice. It should be here Tuesday. So that leaves me with my crappy Char Broiler vertical propane smoker. The one thing that really sucks about this smoker is I can not leave it for more then 30 minutes before I have to add water and adjust the flame. So smoking my pork shoulder over night was not an option with this smoker.

My problem is I have had this 5lb shoulder smoking at 265ish for the past 6.5 hours. It is currently at 160 degrees. Basically, even smoking at this high temp, I will never reach the 195 degree mark by 5:30. Can I pop the shoulder in the oven at 350 degrees. That would give me 2.5 hours in the oven, which I am sure that would be enough time to reach my 195 degree mark.OR should I just keep in in the smoker. I don't really know what to do. I wish I had my WSM so I could of set it at 225 degrees over night and been ready for dinner tonight. But that was not an option. PLEASE HELP.
