Pork roast timing question

Searched but didn't find an answer... we raised two hogs last year, and (my bad) I didn't ask for the butt roasts. I've got two pork roasts that weigh about 2.75 pounds each that I want to smoke on the WSM Monday, along with some chicken. I usually smoke at 230, and expect to pull them and foil them at 190 - 200 internal, then let them sit in the cooler for a couple hours...

Any idea what the cooking time will be? Based on weight, it looks like about 4 hours, which seems waaay to short.

Any chance you could post a pic of the 'pork roasts' so we have a better idea of what cut you are cooking? It should be alot easier to help after that.

They are still in the freezer, wrapped in paper and plastic...

They're about 2 inches thick, maybe 5 by 7 inches, and from memory are tied, but I could be wrong on that part.

I've done them in a crock pot for pulled pork with good success, on low for 8 hours.

I'm thinking that I may just get a butt from the grocer today while I'm out...
