Pork Roast on the Rotiserrie


 
I needed to play with the new rotisserie again this weekend. So I decided to give a pork loin a try.

The loin trussed into shape and rubbed with rosemary, garlic, lemon zest, pepper, and olive oil.

On the grill. I'm not sure why I set it up perpendicular to the coals. :confused:

In any event, it turned out great. Very difficult to let it rest.

Flavorful and succulent. One of the best pork roasts I've had. The rotisserie amazes me again.

Great looking piggie Mike. We love the rotisserie too. So many options and toys to go with. I gotta break out a loin and give er a whirl. Thanks for the inspiration.
