I smoked it over a low and smokey fire for about 4 hours. It was on the top grate with a 1/2 full water pan. I turned it twice and basted it every 45min with the OJ marinade I had left over. I then put it in a 500* oven for 10 minutes. It was PERFECT! Heavy smoke flavor and really tender & juicy. THANKS AGAIN GUYS!!! /infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif
