Pork Loin and Veggies

TVWBB Honor Circle
Marinaded a pork loin in some Mojo Criollo overnight. Then fired up the gasser and the rotisserie put the pork on and off we went! Also diced up some taters and onions and put them in the CI pan with some California and garlic. Also yellow squash and zucchini and asparagus got the same as the taters.
Just on the grill added a little Red Robin seasoning.


Almost there.

Veggies ready to go.




Plated with a small salad.







Call in the dogs, dinners ready!
