Marinated some boneless pork chops in Italian dressing for about 4 hours. Dusted with Pecan rub. Found some baby zukes at Sam's the other day and decided to throw them on the grill with the chops.

Chops on to the grill, with one chunk of pecan, direct for a few minutes each side. Zukes
indirect.

Added some baked beans to the mix.

Was playing around with Picasa 3 and thought this looked cool for a plated picture.

Very tasty meal, chops were very juicy as I pulled them at 140 internal this time, zukes tasted great and of course the beans were fantastic, especially with the added bacon!

Thanks for looking.
