I am usually not protective of any recipe I acquire, adapt, or create. I will gladly share, and welcome any critiques people offer hoping to improve upon the flavor. Unfortunately, my biggest obstacle has been actually measuring out things as I prepare it and documenting it properly. I grew up in a cajun household where you learned by watching and participating. The only official recipes are for baking, but my brother and I are working on properly documenting old family recipes!

The comments from people have been great, and very encouraging and I look forward to participating!
