Just wanted to let the Chicagoland folks know that I just found out the Jewel near me has pork butts for $.99/lb down from their "regular" $2.49/lb price if you use their Preferred card. Size was 5-6 lbs. Not sure how long the sale's on though.
The package label says pork shoulder roast, but they look like, and the receipt says Large Boston pork roast.
Now to just decide how much to Q, how much to freeze, and how much to turn into sausage... and whether or not I bought enough. /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
