Thinking of doing a pork butt and chuck roll together for the weekend. My concerns:
1) Which one should go on top, or does it matter?
2) Is there a significant difference in the time it will take, and if so, should I adjust the poundage to compensate?
3) Butcher says Chuck roll is $3.49/lb. does that sound high to anyone else, since pork is $1.99/lb (PS- still not yet a member of Sams or Costco).
Thanks.
