Poor Man's Burnt Ends

Took a Chuck Roast & Cubed it
Rubbed it with some Good S##T
Cooked at 275 for 2 hrs using Hickory
Added Butter, Brown Sugar, & BBQ Sauce
Put in a Pan & covered with Foil
Cooked 1 1/2 more Hours
