my polder dual sensor thermometer is reading rediculously high readings. right now it's sitting at room temprature and readying 235f for oven temp and 209f for food. i've tried changing the batteries and cleaning the plug. no luck.
can anyone provide some help or have had a similar problem? willie don't know what to do.
p.s. other than this little problem the brisket is going great.
