Plank Salmon with Grilled Cauliflower

I was one of the odd-balls that grilled salmon for the forth, but that is what the girls wanted.

Started with Apps of bacon wrapped pineapple and also some pineapple spears

Salmon with EVOO, K-salt and pepper waiting for the planks to get done.

Planks on the gasser, the best way to get them ready

Salmon will go indirect at 300 for 30 minutes with some apple wood for smoke

Cauliflower on the gasser with EVOO, K-salt and pepper, went direct 2 minutes each side and then indirect for about 15 minutes

Skin removed

And plated, cauliflower has an orange-olive pistou on top and a nice rum and lime refresher
