@Andy and Matt,Pammi found the plans online. The bricks and cinder blocks were from eithe CL or Habitat For Humanity. The fire bricks,mortar and cement were the only new items. All in all,it cost about $350 and took about one week and 3 weekends to build.

@Gary,I preheat it on the Genesis for about 45 minutes before it goes in the oven.
